One of the largest Hospitality Outsourcing companies in South Africa is looking for a Operations Manager for their unit in Cape Town. The candidate will be responsible for the full operations of the venue, must be familiar with all aspects of F&B, banqueting and conferencing, must be computer literate with Plus Point, must be able to deal with staff (training & management) as well as guest relations. Must have administration skills and an eye for detail.
