We are urgently looking to recruit an operations manager residing in the East Rand that speaks English and Afrikaans fluently and that has high energy levels and available to work shifts. The individual will manage a large staff compliment including drivers and warehouse staff and liaise with customers from various retail outlets and must be able to handle pressure within a fast paced environment.
The individual must have worked within the FMCG space with the following skills:
• Monitor fuel usage
• Track vehicles daily
• Ensure deliveries to chain stores are done within a 24 to 48 hour turnaround time
• Must have knowledge of delivery notes and invoicing
• Must have a valid code 8 driver’s license with good references
• Must understand GRN processes
Systems knowledge
• Must be proficient in word and excel
