• Essential: 3-4 years Production Management experience in IT Infrastructure environment
• Essential: IT Infrastructure, Networks and/or Telecommunications experience
• Essential: Management Experience
• Basic financial knowledge

• Service Management
• Manage client relationships
• Optimise services (productivity and quality)
• Manage operation team effectively to achieve goals by :
• Planning production
• Improving quality of deliverables
• Training and developing
• Recruitment of new team members
• Building strong relationships
• Motivating of team members
• Quotations compiled for ad hoc or audit enhancements to current systems and special investigations.
• Use project management skills to implement project plans
• Coordinate all hardware purchasing for internal and operational purposes
