Requirements:
Matric + relevant degree/diploma in Business Management/Business Administration.
Certificate of Competency (COP).
Must possess a min of 10 years experience in insurance operations environment of which 5 years in a senior managerial position.

Responsibilities:
Authorisation, checking and releasing of payments
Manage expenses/budgets
Improve processes and systems and look at new processes
Ensure operational performance in: New Business, Retentions, Claims, Policy Servicing and Underwriting
Manage the admin reporting function
Quality and client retention
Compliance and risk management
Manage all internal/external communication
Ensure compliance to company policy
Operational performance monitoring
Process improvement, process policies, procedures and performance standards
Resolve escalated operational issues/queries
Manage and develop staff
