Join this worldwide leader in a manufacturing industry and lead the operations nationwide. You will be responsible for all branches/plants throughout Southern Africa, oversee operations, and ensure world class manufacturing (WCM) standards. You will need to have managed a factory or plant for a minimum of 5 years, ensuring ISO standard are adhered to, responsibilities covering all aspects of production, safety, security, environmental, technical and quality. You will be responsible for the R+D department ensuring that the department is adequately resourced to meet both external and internal development requirements. You will be in charge of all operational CAPEX decisions and be part of the strategic meetings with EXCO members.

Qualification:
BSc/BTech in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
GCC (factories)

Skills & Experience:
WCM and ISO practices accomplished in previous roles (yellow belt advantage)
Proven ability to contribute to integrated SOP processes
Knowledge and experience in the application of safety, environmental and labour related legislation
Experience in strategic planning and execution
Ability to communicate at all levels
Experience in Project management
Experience in formulation policy and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures
Experience in Management 5+ years
10 years’ experience in Operations and Manufacturing environment
