Experienced Operations Manager needed for 5 Star Hotel. The successful candidate would be responsible for the daily operations of the Hotel. The candidate must hold a qualification in hospitality management. Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Duty Manager, as well as a minimum of 3 years in an Operations Management position in a 4/5 Star Hotel. Must have a very strong hospitality background in the following areas: Food and beverage, Front of House and Accommodation.Requirements:Grade 12Hospitality management qualificationWell spoken and well presented individualMust be able to work under pressure and effectively deal with difficult guestsPrevious experience on Micros and Opera would be an advantageMust have excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
