Our reputable client within the HVAC industry currently requires an experienced Operations Manager to join their Somerset West based team.

Successful candidates will have the following:

• A relevant Business / Technical Degree
• A minimum of 5 years’ management experience
• Supervisory experience within a technical working environment
• Small Business Management experience advantage

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and analysing the current system of production or provision to check its effectiveness
• Working out a strategy for improving if necessary
• Managing day-to-day activities
• Analysing statistics, reading and writing reports
• Planning and controlling change
• Managing quality assurance programmes
• Researching new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency
• Setting and reviewing budgets and managing cost
• Overseeing inventory, distribution of goods and facility layout

Salary on offer: R 25 000 – R 40 000 p/m (dependant on experience and/or qualifications) plus company vehicle
