4* Hotel in Richards Bay surrounding area is looking for an Operations manager.

• Grade 12; or National Diploma in Hospitality Management
• 3 years’ experience in a Senior Hotel Management position
• Computer literacy including the following – OPERA, MARSHA and MS Office
• Well presented
• Valid driver’s license - own transport is essential
• Leadership, manage and oversee all departments within the Hotel
• Manage day to day operations
• Drive goals of Hotel in relation to all outlets
• Drive Rooms, Food and Beverage Division Business plan
• Manage HR paperwork for entire Hotel
• Overseeing departmental stock takes
• To stand in and perform the duties of an Acting General Manager in the absence of the General Manager
• Snr Hotel Management position: 3 years
