Highly successful luxury fashion lifestyle brand is looking for a dynamic Operations Manager (for all SA boutiques) with high client service standards,

who can operate out of the box. Our Client is looking for someone who has a proven track record in the 5* Game Lodge Management Industry.

The Brand is an African-inspired high-end brand that emulates the luxury lodge experience.

The Brand cherishes excellent design and quality, offering beautiful clothes and accessories.

Providing unparalleled customer service and a personal shopping experience.

Supply  guests with a unique vision of Africa's enchanting beauty every season.

5 years 5* Lodge Management experience required.

The incumbent will report to the CEO. Durban based position.

Responsibilities include

Ensure sales targets are exceeded.

Travel to the luxury stores in South Africa to lead, hire and train Staff.

Manage store routines on merchandising, stock movements, daily banking, discount approvals.

Manage all day to day operation issues involved with stores.

Manage store costs to budget with optimal rosters and day to day controls and issues that store staff may have.

Ensure stock loss per store is less than 0.2%.

Provide the CEO with input to drive the development of the brand and product.

Requirements

Proven track record - 5* Game Lodge Management Industry.
Motivational Team Leader with Outstanding Hospitality knowledge
Sets high service and client relations standards
Love people and developing them.
Exceptional Client Relations skills.
Accountable and Responsible.
A do whatever it takes, action orientated individual that leads by example.
Tertiary qualification in commerce field.
Systemic thinking and process driven.
Salary R 45 000 to R 50 000 per annum plus incentives.
