RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced OPERATIONS MANAGER for a large concern – position based in the Camperdown area (outside of Pietermaritzburg).

JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Agricultural or microbiological qualification would be highly advantageous.
Person must be able to speak English competently.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
3 years on-the-ground experience on a managerial level is essential.
This position would suit a highly qualified and professional individual to co-ordinate the KwaZulu-Natal operations, comprising a staff count of one hundred dedicated people.
Person will report directly to the Managing Director.
Ensure that the company’s exceptionally high standards of hygiene, quality service and maintenance are achieved and upheld at the premises of all customers.
Facilitation and motivation of the supporting teams, using highly advanced new technological developments in the sanitising and cleaning field.
Strong leadership skills.
Well organised and able to communicate easily at all levels.
