Operations Team Leader – Nelspruit
Salary – R18 000 CTC
Duties
• Distribution Planning, Reverse logistics & Secondary Distribution
• Supervision of Staff – Drivers & General Workers
• Order Status Updates – Scala & Accellos systems
• Inbound Loads – Auditing
• Administration: Return & Delivery - Inventory and Documentation
• Ensure effective administration done & timeously
• Plan and control of all drivers
• Handling of petty cash
• Debriefing of Drivers
• Wages / Overtime reports and submissions
• Compiling and checking weekly wages, trip bonuses and staff overtime
• Driver - on delivery tracking, monitoring and support
• Adhoc duties as required
• ISO9001-2015 knowledge & commitment
• Maintain all aspects of the Depot – Staff, resources, and infrastructure
• Freightware Experience
Requirements:
• Competency and efficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel – Advanced.
• Own Transport essential
• Flexibility to work long hours
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Matric
• Minimum of 3-4 years Operations, Planning, Distribution & Reporting related experience.
• Relevant tertiary qualification or studying towards one essential
