Job Description:

Maintains safe and healthy training environment by following organization standards and legal regulations
Liaise with the Training Administrator in compiling training evaluation feedback reports
Evaluate operators for competency.
Assess and evaluate operators at the completion of training in order to ensure an acceptable standard of practical and theoretical knowledge has been retained.
Write reports and provide feedback.
Maintain and improve manual support.
Maintain and improve training presentations.
Adhere to company policies and procedures and prepared to be away for long periods of time.
Prepared to work on site, mines.

Job Requirements:

Grade 12
Registered Facilitator, Assessor or Moderator
Working experience as an Operator
Working experience as a Qualified Facilitator/ Assessor
Knowledge of Training Environment
Written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum: 3 years Machine operating skills
Extensive knowledge of all relevant discipline specific equipment, processes and procedures

Basic knowledge of related disciplines through interaction to optimize work synergies (integration)
Influence decisions of other disciplines by providing relevant technical input
