Oracle EBS 11i/R12 Techno Functional – CRM (Depot Repair, Install Base, Service Contract, TeleSales), SCM and Finance.

Responsible for conducting Business Process Study and perform Feasibility and Gap Analysis.

• Developing Business Requirement Documents and sign off from customers.
• Identify RICE (Reports/Interfaces/Customization/Extensions) components on the basis of Business Process Study in CRM Foundation, Service Contracts, Install Base, Teleservices, Field Services, Depot Repair, INV, OM and Salesforce.
• Prepare and review CF250 – Functional Design Document for identified RICE component.
• Hands on Experience for building TE50 Test cases for oracle Enhancements and uploading to HPQC.
• Implementation/Set ups of oracle enhancements in SIT1, SIT2, UAT Instances.
• Managing the defect and test plans using HPQC and generates daily reports during the Oracle Certified consultant for CRM & Distribution modules
