Oracle E Business Functional Implementer and Support - Fourways

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in implementing or maintaining Oracle 11.5.10 and 12.1.3 EBS.

Oracle E-Business Certification ; Relevant B. Degree
Have working knowledge of Business processes
Business Analyst skills and qualification would be an advantage
Be able to do development specifications
Ability to work under pressure
Strong Analytical skills
Ability to deal effectively with individuals at all levels .Proactive
Ability to meet deadlines

Job Specifications:
Key Responsibilities include the following: Maintenance of existing Oracle modules “Set up”;, Design and implement new oracle functionality or modules as per business requirement
Research new developments or functionality in Oracle applications; Design and facilitate end user training
Help desk support to business
Assist in the resolution of Service Requests on Oracle Support ;
Support other teams and persons in the Oracle and MIS support teams ;
Design and maintain functional Oracle documentation as per the Oracle specific implementation ;
Test the system for errors and system upgrade (Patches) ; Obtain a cross functional knowledge of our Oracle implementation and assist other functional support team members
Perform other activities as required to achieve the goals of the Support Team ; Maintain Functional Documentation
Design and facilitate Oracle functional training
Support other teams in the Central Support Centre
