Job description:
Candidate MUST have
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable to communicate from Plant floor workers through all levels of management to the CEO and executive leadership teams.
• Expert level in Supply Chain Planning best practices and how to implement them in a configure-to-order/engineer-to-order manufacturing and distribution operation.
o Must be able to demonstrate the ability to define a Plan for Every Part (PFEP).
• 5+ years of experience implementing Oracle’s Advanced Supply Chain Planner (ASCP) modules including Global Order Promise (GOP)
• Completed multiple full cycle implementations through the define, design, develop, deploy, and transition phases.
• Expert level in Oracle EBS Inventory Planning methods (Min/Max and Kanban) and how to use them in conjunction with ASCP.
• Mastery of all of the sources and uses of information for Advanced Supply Chain Planner (ASCP) including the relevant portions of; Order Management, Inventory, Bills of Material, Purchasing, Work-in-Process, and Shipping.
• Mastery of exception management and message handling within ASCP.

Candidate SHOULD have
• Proficiency or better with shop floor scheduling and sequencing techniques
• Proficiency or better with shop floor replenishment techniques
Maintenance planning

Candidate IDEALLY (bonus) may have
• Proficiency or better with Demantra Forecasting
• Proficiency or better with Demantra Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)
• Proficiency or better with Advanced Planning Command Center (APCC)
• Proficiency or better with Supply Chain Analytics
