to deliver
organizational effectiveness interventions and solutions that increase the
effectiveness of the business and facilitate the engagement of employees in
order to empower the business to achieve its objectives
Use psychometric assessments to inform career development and
management interventions in order to build an effective organization and teams

Matric/Grade12
Qualification - Honours degree in Psychology/Industrial Psychology
3-5 years organizational development experience within an insurance or financial services environment. Registered Psychometrist (Independent Practice) - advantageous
