Outbound sales call center is looking for sales consultants to sell Cell phone Contracts (including handsets). Pre-scored sales leads are provided. Want to join our exciting and dynamic expanding sales team? As a sales consultant you will be calling customers (leads provided) from our data base with the objective to sell contract cell phones to customers in South Africa (new and current cell phone users), using your sales skills to close the deal. Requirements: •Outbound Sales experience (call center) -minimum 6 months , •Proven track record to sell in a target driven environment •Grade 11/12 or equivalent qualification – Essential •Computer Literate •Good verbal & written communication skills in English •No Criminal Record •An excellent attendance record Skills: •A vibrant personality and a competitive & winning attitude •Excellent Telephone etiquette •Good sales skills •Ability to multi task •The ability to focus in a pressurized & target driven environment •The ability to drive results •The ability to motivate yourself •A positive attitude and willingness to get things done •Team Player We offer: •A basic salary +commission. •3 month probation and then Permanent Employment •Product and Systems training •Pre-scored sales leads are provided. •Commission structure (product dependant) paid on a basis. •Vibey, fun working environment.
