Job Description

To ensure that the sales representatives achieve SLAs and targets as set in agreement with management. Responsible for maintaining and improving quality of inbound and outbound communication between the Customer Service and Sales team and the customer. The Outbound Sales Coach is responsible for assisting the line manager with development, analyses and staffing to increase quality and efficiency of the team.

- Ensuring defined KPI targets are achieved or exceeded
- Providing coaching to departmental staff based on goals and targets
- Evaluating processes and procedures to improve operation and efficiency in the department
- Providing performance feedback to the Customer Service Manager
- Ensuring new sales representatives have received appropriate training for their specified job
- Creating and maintaining a work environment inspiring motivation and excellent performance
- Assisting the Customer Service Manager in developing and improving processes and procedures supporting the Company’s and department’s standards and long-term strategy

Requirements

- Minimum Grade 12 qualification
- Minimum of 2 years’ Management experience with sales in a call centre environment
- Excellent listening and communication skills in English (additional languages would be of advantage)
