• Demonstrate the ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales targets.
• The ability to build strong client relationships telephonic-ally.
• Very strong sales and persuasion skills
• Strong and flexible personality.
• Excellent client service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem solving and objection handling skills.
• A minimum of Grade 12/ Matric Certificate
• Minimum of 6 months telemarketing/sales experience
• Must have a clear command of English/Afrikaans
• Must be computer literate (minimum windows 2008)
• Debt review experience advantageous.
