Great Opportunity to work for one of South Africas Leading Financial Services Providers In One Of Their Contact Centres Selling Company Products To Clients

 

Core Tasks:

1. Deliver on contracted hours (productivity)

2. Achieving contracted sales targets

3. Conduct outbound telesales presentations to clients

4. Maximize business opportunities

5. Resolve complaints and objections

6. Quality delivery/recorded customer information

7. Ensuring ongoing business relationship with clients

8. Short term insurance product accreditation

9. After-sales information and advice

 

Role Requirements:

Qualifications:

o Grade 12

o RE exam

o 30 FIAS credits - advantageous(short term insurance)

 

Knowledge and Experience:

o 1 year short term experience (motor and home) - preferred

o 1 year sales experience in an outbound call centre

o Experience of relevant short term insurance underwriting would be advantageous

o Clear criminal and credit record
