Job Summary:
If you are an enthusiastic and professional individual looking for a new challenge in a fast paced environment and are able to achieve set targets as well as always putting the customer first, then this could be the right role for you!

Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12 or a relevant NQF 4 qualification
• 1 years’ experience within a Sales Outbound Call Centre, or at least 2 years’ face to face sales experience (with targets attached to the sales)
• A clear criminal and credit record
• Computer literacy
• Willingness to work overtime.

Key responsibilities:
• Selling products telephonically
• Achievement of sales targets and objectives
• Resolve complaints and objections
• Build and maintain good client relationships
