POSITION: Outbound Call Centre Operators/Telesales Agents x2
TYPE: 3 month fixed duration contract to start January 2015
LOCATION: Linbro Park, Sandton
SALARY: R8k with additional incentive earnings based on targets.

National organisation specialising in Office Equipment, needs 2 experienced Outbound Telesales Agents for a 3 month contract starting January 2015. Project objective is to drive sales for a new-to-market printing solution. The position is based in Linbro Park (Sandton). Must have matric and at least 2 years’ Telesales experience. Salary is R8k with additional incentive earnings based on targets.

Requirements:
• Minimum matric qualification
• At least 2 years’ Telesales experience
• Full understanding of Windows and Microsoft Office products
• Excellent English communication skills

Role:
• The objective of these operators would be to canvass a database of customers to be supplied by the company and a database of SMME general end users who may be interested in the benefits of the printing solution.
• Outcomes from the call are to set up an appointment for the external reps or to get the potential customer to attend the client’s product function held monthly to explain the benefits of the product.
• All calls will be made as marketers on behalf of the client.
• The operators will be expected to make a minimum of 80 calls per day followed up by an email with current marketing material attached.
• Daily Excel report to be produced detailing name, company, email and number of persons contacted plus details of their interest. These reports to be given to the client on a monthly basis or whenever requested.
