Our client in Paarl is looking for a Personal Assistant to the MD.
Key Requirements:
- Meticulous and accurate
- Very strong adminsitrative skills
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Have to adapt quickly and love an ever-changing environment
- Willingness to work after hours and travel occasionally
- Eloquence in both English and Afrikaans
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management
- All administrative tasks as requested by MD and Account Managers
- Basic bookkeeping and finance administration
- Any ad hoc tasks as needed from MD
- All e-mail correspondence and answering of telephone
