The purpose of this position is to develop a portfolio of retailer owned brands from strategy through packaging design, utilising category insights to deliver marketing plans within allocated budgets

Essential requirements :

A 3 year Degree/Diploma in Marketing or related field e.g. combination of Marketing and Project Management
Experience in packaging coordination and management, or senior marketing coordinator/or similar role
Private label experience
Understanding of Packaging design principles
Understanding of Private Label principles and strategies
Knowledge and experience of pack sizes, die-lines, ingredient lists, net weight etc.

Desirable :

In-depth knowledge of Private label strategy
General marketing experience
Knowledge and experience with Brand name organisations (including trademark searches and registrations), creative design briefing and packaging artwork approval
Knowledge of legal compliance
Key responsibilities will include but not limited to :
