Click Me, a Digital Marketing affiliate of National Debt Advisors is looking for an experienced Paid Social Media Specialist to join a young dynamic team of professionals. The successful candidate will lead, implement and optimise PPC campaigns for our paid search and social budgets. In this role you will be well versed in SEM and SEO and have experience with paid social media platforms. The objective would be to ensure our online paid marketing efforts across various platforms have the highest possible return on investment.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or similar
• 2-4 years of experience in a digital media advertising or similar
• Experience in managing tracking and reporting on CPC/CPM Ads
• An expert in Facebook advertising with experience scaling campaigns in a high growth environment
• Experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Linkedin Ads
• Google Ads certification required
• Facebook Blueprint Certification preferred
• Experience in creating and managing paid social media advertising campaigns
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organised
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Your role will include:

• Your main area of expertise is to develop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch
• Form effective paid search strategies
• Launch and optimise PPC campaigns across different platforms and networks
• Oversee accounts on all paid media platforms
• Lead and implement our keyword selection and audience targeting strategy
• Monitor budget and adjust bid to gain better ROI
• Increase ROAS and decrease CPA
• Conversion rate optimisation
• Track KPIs to assess performance and identify issues
• Research and analysis of competitor sites
• Produce reports and live dashboards for key business stakeholders
• Write attractive and concise copy for adverts
• Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels
• Stay up to date with PPC and SEM trends
• Take lead on implementing, managing and optimizing paid social media marketing efforts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter,)
