Job Description:
Paraplanner
The Paraplanner is required to consult with customers
telephonically – with a view to gather information, identify client
needs, advise on FMI products and facilitate acceptance of
financial planning proposals. In addition, the Paraplanner is
responsible for managing the customer journey through the
Customer Relationship Management System and subsequent
workflows. The successful candidate must have foundational
knowledge and experience in the financial services industry

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Gathering customer information and establishing needs
Providing information on FMI products and services
Assisting the customer to conclude a financial planning proposal
Ensuring customer satisfaction and regular communication
throughout the customer journey
Ensuring that all telephone, email and other modes of
communication are efficiently and effectively dealt with
Ensuring that the highest standard of quality is maintained
throughout the customer experience
Accurately capturing customer information on relevant business
systems
Updating customer records as and when required
Providing management with regular reporting and feedback

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
Matric
Minimum of 2 years experience in a long-term insurance call
centre/paraplanning environment.
FAIS-accredited and completion of RE advantageous
