My Client in Fourways is urgently looking for a Parra Planner.We require people that are savvy, think on their feet , show initiative , positive and willing to go the extra mile. ( Not necessarily a 9-fiver), they need to have strong administration and reporting skills and the drive to meet target ( some sales drive in their bones but perhaps don’t want to be client facing /on the road ), they cannot be afraid of the telephone.
• Portfolio preparation ,downloading portfolios , checking for possible shortfalls and making notes/preparing quotes for Advisor to discuss. ( Diary to be updated with this info along with any other requests from Advisor )
• In-house servicing
• Mining the database for potential business ( An understanding for business Insurance buy and sell agreements/keyman /trusts etc would be beneficial)
• Capturing notes from Advisor meetings , ensure they are captured and followed up on timeously
• Following up and processing leads , quotes , business to be processed and business in the pipeline
• Ensuring diary is full and that appointments are manageable and appropriate
• Tracking commission , assisting with replacements, cancellations
• Dealing with queries and complaints
• Keeping database up to date , uploading notes and keeping tasks up to date
• Checking that compliance accompanies Advisor business and that it is accurate and up to date
