Parts Administrator
Summary:
Part Administrator will be responsible for supporting our customers and ensuring optimal function.
Duties:
•Placing orders
•Receiving and dispatching
•Client liaison
•Maintain all stock movement record
•Manage local stockroom which includes receiving, unpacking, packing and stocking parts
Please note duties is not limited to ones stated above
Skills and Experience needed:
•Parts experience is preferable but advantageous
•Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Strong administrative skills
•Excellent interpersonal skills
•Non-smoker- not negotiable
•Male
•Ability to work under pressure
