Main Purpose:
To support the dealer network within the SEA region by driving & supporting strategies that will drive part sales and margins & ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Job Objectives

Operational
To support parts marketing strategies to increase market share of genuine parts per region / country in order to achieve annual Part sales objectives, consolidated GP in line with business plan.
To drive and track different countries proposals for local sales campaigns, sales competitions, incentives programs within the SEA region.
To support the Coordination and harmonization of price changes, within the SEA Dealer Network.
To support SEA Dealer Network in obtaining competitors parts price information to prepare market research and continuous price adaptation. (Market intelligence).
To coach and train parts teams within the Dealer Network in all areas of the business, on an Ad Hoc basis. (Systems, Pricing, Parts Catalogue etc).
To ensure dealers, export dealers, fleet owners and customers are able to identify parts correctly on all UD Trucks, to enhance customer satisfaction and down time.
To assist with audits for Minimum and Best practices.
To ensure all relevant product enhancement changes (Engineering change requests, Material changes, specification changes) are reflected on EPC/IMPACT.
To ensure the Parts departments reporting is timeously executed (Daily sales, RB Maps, BO, etc) to support Business efficiency.
To follow up & liaison with GTO (logistics), to expedite parts.

Customers
To establish and maintain an effective and efficient relationship with all dealers and internal customers. Assist dealers with technical support and specific bulletins (technical or non-technical).

REQUIREMENTS
Degree/Diploma in Marketing or Business Management.
2-3 year experience within a Parts Management environment.
General Parts management.
Retail (dealer network) experience.
Aftersales processes experience (Desirable).
Electronic Parts Catalogue Experience (Desirable).
Warehousing/logistics experience (Advantageous).
Parts marketing knowledge.
Dealer Inventory & logistics knowledge.
Basic Financial knowledge.
Technical skills to support Electronic Part Catalogue (N3 desirable).
Dealer Management System knowledge.
Computer literate (MS Office) Excel (advanced).
Presentation skills; Interpersonal skills; Business acumen; Analytical skills; Negotiation skills; Assertiveness.
