Minimum Requirements:

  • 3-5 Years experience as Commercial Parts Manager
  • 5-10 Years experience as Commercial Part Sales Executive
  • Experience with light to extra heavy Commercial Parts essential 
  • Proven track record of meeting regular monthly targets on budget and CSI
  • Accurate customer qualifying
  • Interpersonal and interactive skills
  • Professionalism and presentable
  • Negotiation and persuasiveness skills
  • Closing skills
  • Networking and lead generation skills
  • Must have Matric Certificate or Diploma
  • Computer literacy required - MS Office, Kerridge, Automate
  • Must have Valid Drivers Licence

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the business to reach set sales targets for the month
  • Drive specific strategies to retain and grow existing customer base
  • Manage customer expectations to ensure effective delivery of service
  • Total commitment to achieve sales targets and growth by venturing and creating opportunities using own skills
  • Identify and venture into new revenue streams
  • Ensure customer’s escalation is managed and feedback is provided
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
  • A strong understanding of industry and market trends and customer behavior
  • Evaluate Parts correctly
  • Manage and motivate staff effectively

Salary Structure:

  • Basic Salary of R20 000 - R35 000
  • Commission/Incentives
  • Medical Aid and Provident Fund
  • Company Vehicle Negotiable
