Pastry Chef required for upmarket Restaurant in Bryanston. Formal Diploma or certificate in professional cookery / culinary arts required. Applicants must have 2 years + experience as a pastry chef. Must be creative and must be able to develop new pastry items. Duties will also include certain kitchen management duties and staff training. Ability create various pastries and desserts essential. Must be able to work in a very big kitchen team and busy working environment. Salary R 12000 – 15000 depending on experience.
