Skills & Experience:
3 to 5 years’ experience in payroll administration
VIP Payroll experience essential

Job Description:
Accurate and timely preparation and processing of monthly payroll; including overtime, new hires, terminations, status changes, tax changes, deductions, rate changes
Explain tax deductions and calculations to all levels of staff
Handle general queries and administration
Assist Payroll Supervisor and Remuneration Manager with ad hoc tasks
Leave reconciliations and processing of leave corrections on the leave system
Handle payroll queries from all levels
