We seeking a Payroll administrator

YEARS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum 1-2 years.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Payroll Administration Diploma
• VIP HR Course
• VIP Tax year Year End Course
• VIP leave
• Excel Advance

DUTIES:

• Capturing of DOH
• Checking of pay rates
• Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries.
• Interpreting awards awards/agreements and contracts in relation to overtime, shift allowances.
• Payroll administration
• Month end consolidation
• Timesheet Management
• Invoices and credit control
• Client visitation regarding invoices and other financial issues
• Resolving pay queries

GENERAL CHARACTERISITICS
Well organised.
Functions well under pressure.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Travelling means must be by own vehicle
