A renowned Company is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

The job function will include, but not be limited to, the following:

Prepare and manage payroll processes of employees
Process all salary input on the system
Gather and collate all payroll related data
Load new employees and ensure all employee data is captured on the payroll system
Data capturing, including updating Employment Equity and Skills Development data on payroll system
Understanding benefits and complex CTC structures
Medical and provident fund administration
Monthly payroll run and payslips
Tax year-end and bi-annual procedures

Skills:
Experience in working with complex cost to companies including fringe benefits
Understanding of statutory laws and relevant Acts
Technology proficiency
Strong communication skills
A team player
Ability to cope under pressure
With strong people skills
A team player that can communicate on all levels
A person with the ability to manage the entire payroll function, from collating and capturing data to statutory reports and compiling specific reports when required, especially around audit times and during group HR meetings

Candidate Requirements

Educational Requirements:
• Matric and Certificate or Diploma in Payroll.
• Payroll Software experience, VIP and Payspace.
• Experience with payrolls 400+ employees.
• Knowledge of MEIBC payrolls essential.
