SHIFT YOUR CAREER to a long established and highly successful Group Dealer who requires the services of a Payroll & HR Administrator

Requirements:

  • Minimum Matric & Payroll (Sage VIP Premier) certification
  • Accounting qualification/experience will be an advantage
  • Computer literate (Excel, Word, Internet, e-mail). Sage VIP Premier payroll certification
  • Min of 10 years of payroll experience (at least 3 years on Sage VIP premier). Motor Industry experience will be an advantage

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Processing of multiple payrolls for all dealerships and head office
  • Payroll administration
  • Payroll reports
  • Payroll reconciliations
  • Ad hoc reporting (extractions from VIP into Excel when required)
  • Human Resources administration
  • Assistance to Group HR Manager, COO & MD’s when required

Salary Structure:

  • 25-30K CTC based on experience
  • Company Vehicle & Petrol
