SHIFT YOUR CAREER to a long established and highly successful Group Dealer who requires the services of a Payroll & HR Administrator
Requirements:
- Minimum Matric & Payroll (Sage VIP Premier) certification
- Accounting qualification/experience will be an advantage
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, Internet, e-mail). Sage VIP Premier payroll certification
- Min of 10 years of payroll experience (at least 3 years on Sage VIP premier). Motor Industry experience will be an advantage
Duties & Responsibilities
- Processing of multiple payrolls for all dealerships and head office
- Payroll administration
- Payroll reports
- Payroll reconciliations
- Ad hoc reporting (extractions from VIP into Excel when required)
- Human Resources administration
- Assistance to Group HR Manager, COO & MD’s when required
Salary Structure:
- 25-30K CTC based on experience
- Company Vehicle & Petrol
