One of our Private Hospital in Port Elizabeth is seeking a Pharmacist that will be responsible for the provision of medication and supplementary services to patients and members of the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription (hospital and retail)
• Act as custodian for the management of Schedule 5 & 6 drugs
• Record prescription as per legislative requirements
• Conduct Cyclical and full stock takes
• Pharmacist will have to update doctors and wards with regards to out of stock situations and offer alternatives

Applicants for this position must:

• Relevant Pharmaceutical Qualification
• Equivalent NQF 7 qualification
• Registration with the South African Pharmacy Council
• Be able to work shifts, public holidays and weekends
