Duties and Responsibilities:
• To monitor, support, maintain applications
• Respond to customer’s enquiries via support channels (telephone and email)
• Internal escalation and communication with different departments
• Basic programmatic changes, bug fixes, fault finding, problem solving
• Following a query through from start to finish
• Reporting
• Working effectively within a team

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience
• PHP
• MySQL/ MS SQL
• Diploma/ Degree in IT
