A company based in Johannesburg is looking for a Skilled PHP/Digital Developer to add to their team on a permanent basis to work on exciting new projects!

Must have:
• 3-4+ years of focused PHP & MySQL coding experience
• IT related Degree from a recognized institution
• JQuery
• SFTP (Filezilla, etc.)
• Linux system command line [bash] over SSH, batch/cron job creation and implementation
• Team-based version control experience (Mercurial, Subversion, etc.)
• Software testing and debugging skills
• Documentation, both following and creating
• Agile, task-based project tracking and duty adherence, participating in daily and/or weekly status meetings at both the task and code levels
• Interaction with both team members and end users for initial and ongoing requirements communications.

Requirements:
• Depth of knowledge in HTML (Including, but not limited to HTML5)
• Strong CSS experience for both structure and formatting
• Desktop Support will be required from time to time (Upgrading Hardware / Setting Up new System)
• Managing and developing client’s online brands (Website, SEO and Paid Advertising).
• Experience managing PPC, SEO and Affiliate programmes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong work ethic, with the candidate being self-motivated and demonstrating the ability to work independently, effectively and efficiently in a team-based, project-driven environment
