Planning & Execution Manager: FMCG

Location: Centurion, Gauteng
Salary: R35k – R40k per month

Requirements:
Relevant tertiary qualification essential: Undergraduate Degree within the field of Logistics
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in FMCG logistics or Manufacturing in a mid-management role Minimum of 3 years’ experience in planning and execution management
OPSI PLATO (routing & scheduling), FREIGHTWARE (TMS), Advanced Microsoft Office, Reporting
Valid driver’s license and own transport
ISO 9001-2015 knowledge & commitment

Duties:
Successful Planning and Execution management through OPSI & FREIGHTWARE applications
Efficiently plan and deploy to all sites their plans daily within prescribed slot times
Provide leadership and vision by assisting the FMCG team optimization plans
Set and achieve key performance targets and other measurements
Devise and implement plans to mitigate risk within the planning and execution management
Ensure the Business Management system per site ISO 9001:2015 is in place and effective
Daily telecom sessions with sites to ensure plans are received, correct and being executed
Communicate results to Executive Management
KPI’s are formulated, consolidated and communicated to National Site and Ops Manager
Continuous analysis of the various networks
Maintain a high level of confidentiality
