Our client requires a Planning Coordinator to contribute to its mission of establishing and maintaining effective value creation for its biological and vaccine partners and stakeholders within its current and future commercial footprint. Being the only one of its kind in South Africa, A client strives to respond to the sterile injectable needs, particularly related to vaccines and other biologicals, South Africa, Sub Saharan Africa and other developing countries.

SUMMARY OF ROLE
• Planning and Co-ordination role in Planning Section to support various projects
• Assist with the planning of Materials/ Trial Materials to meet various projects timelines
• Assist with loading Trial Materials on SAP
• Load Requisition for Materials / Trial Material requirements on SAP
• Setup and maintain planning BOMS for project materials
• Monitor and track orders of materials to meet the projects timelines
• Provide regular feedback and updates to stakeholders
• Attend and participate in various Project Meetings
• Responsible for various ad-hoc planning section functions.
• Administrative support to Planning Section
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all departments
• Respond to changes in plans and execute changes
• Escalation of changes and alignment with Section Head
• Provide forward view plan to all internal-stakeholders
• Reviewing and analysis of data
• Submit relevant reports
• Assist with general administrative tasks in planning section

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
• Grade 12
Diploma in Supply Chain
•Previous experience with projects

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
• Planning exposure
• Knowledge and experience in materials management
