Duties:
Define Team charter
Determine traceability from, and to, company EBU strategic objectives
Establish team Objectives
Decompose charter into what the teams needs to do
Define Performance Measures
Define current position and end result
Define Collaboration rules
Identify all your stakeholders and engagement modes
Controlling and assuring processes, template and tools
Establish governance mechanisms
Leverage knowledge and wisdom gained over a stated period
Feedback to EBU Strategy

Senior Resource needed who should be from PMO background, with in-depth experience in setting up and running PMO (Projects / Programs / Portfolios) processes, tools and templates; able to elicit requirements, and with ability to engage with executives.
