Our client has an opportunity for a Polymer Sales Engineer that will be selling thermal spray coatings, Plasma Transferred Arc (PTA) hard facing, polymer coatings and extensive product refurbishment services into industry. Appropriate training will be provided. The package on offer is highly competitive with a substantial commission structure.
Job Description
• Report directly to the MD.
• Operate independently.
• Manage customers from quote to payment cycle.
• Develop sales plan and review weekly with MD.
• Achieve agreed sales target (agreed with MD).
• Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
• Prepare quotes, within 24 hours of receiving the enquiry, in the company format.
• Give timeous and proper feedback to customers on delivery dates, etc.
• Remain current in terms of all technologies relevant to the industry.

Job Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
• Based in Johannesburg.
• Must have +/- 10 years’ knowledge and experience in:
• Polymers coatings.
• Working with manufacturing plants.
• Microsoft Office.
