Your key job responsibilities as the Portuguese speaking Affiliate Account Manager in Johannesburg will include:

- Source and recruit highly qualified affiliates and partners on a global basis to deliver on aggressive new account goals in various channels.
- Reactivating a dormant base of affiliates in the program.
- Develops commercial relationships with potential acquisition partners including affiliates and media groups.
- Plan and organise promotions that encourage affiliates and partners to generate acquisitions.
- Support other web marketing responsibilities as needed.
- Successfully negotiate and conclude positioning agreements with affiliates.
- Selection and briefing of appropriate creative.
- Coordination of back-end fullfilment with other departments.
- Measurement of campaign performance by monitoring key metrics such as customers acquired, cost per acquisition and return on investment.
- Maximise campaign performance based on measurements, through changes to creative, positioning, price, etc.
- Networking and attendance at international conferences.
- Work closely with international publishers to ensure optimum campaign performance and maintain strong relationships that ensure favorable treatment

Requirements for this Portuguese speaking Affiliate Account Manager job in Johannesburg:

- Fluent in written and spoken Portuguese
- 3 years' sales management or business development experience
- Experience in banner advertising, SEO, SEM, Google AdWords, social media, mobile marketing and e-commerce business development
- Proven ability to collaborate and work across business divisions
- Strong negotiation and deal closure ability / excellent business acumen essential to liaise with clients on an international level
- Ability to design and implement strategies for market entry as required
- Ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level and manage a high level of complexity
- Creativity combined with excellent business acumen, to identify or develop viable online marketing strategies
