POSITION: Portuguese Customer Services Agent
LOCATION: Midrand
SALARY: Market related plus extensive benefits

OVERVIEW:
Midrand based company requires a Customer Services Agent who is fluent (read, write, speak) in Portuguese and English, to provide support services to a global client base with specific focus on Portuguese speaking countries. Client services support includes, but is not limited to, airport services, business services, medical assistance coordination, travel and hospitality packages and a full array of convenience and lifestyle arrangements.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Grade 12
• Tertiary education
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience
• Valid SA ID
• Excellent written and spoken English and Portuguese are explicit requirements of the role
• Ability to work shifts (very reasonable roster with numerous off days)
• Must be IT literate and proficient in the usage of computer software including Microsoft Outlook and Word, and experience working a database is preferable
• Must be able to communicate at all levels
• General knowledge of world geography but particularly Sub-Saharan Africa desirable
• Preferably working experience in travel, tourism support services or hospitality/hotel industry
