An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Portuguese Customer Support Consultant to join the offices of our established Client in Cape Town. Your role would be to provide the highest level of customer support to a range of international clientele via telephonic, email support and live chat.

Your above average English communication skills coupled with your PORTUGUESE language skills is essential for this role.


Minimum Requirements:
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (verbal and written communication skills);
• You should have at least 1 - 2 years’ experience in Customer Service
• Computer literacy skills; typing skills
• Ability to work shifts (Operational Hours are Monday to Friday between 07h00 – 19h00; Saturday 09h00 – 17h00)


Key Responsibilities:
• To provide customer support for incoming queries from clients through calls, live chat and tickets (emails) in Portuguese and English
• Consultation with clients to ensure understanding of products and payment solutions; and the troubleshooting of potential problems
• Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
• Determining the cause of the problem; and selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
• Identifying, researching and resolving customer issues in a timely fashion
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results, as needed
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Package:
R14 000 -R15 000 per month, basic salary.
Company contribution to your medical aid after the 3 month probation period.
