To increase the bank's market share through effective outbound sales and proactive acquisition of new clients for the Premium Segment.

Responsibilities
• Find and acquire active Premium clients to grow the client base and profitability.
• Grow market share across Premier, Private Clients, Private Wealth and retain or penetrate unbanked customer base with a view to improving and increasing profitability.
• Maximize the sales by selling packaged financial solutions to clients.
• Achieve sales targets in line with performance scorecards and to achieve an acceptable cost of sales ratio, through pipeline managements and sales quality.
• Identify process improvements in order to save costs.
• Identify, control and escalate potential risks which may lead to increased costs.
• Manage costs / expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies.
• Deliver against operational and cost targets.
• Ensure team adherence to specified policies, standards and procedures to prevent and reduce wastage and escalate associated risks.
• Implement, manage and report on cost improvement objectives and communicate or escalate any shortfalls
• Manage cost to income to increase profitability and efficiencies for the business.
• Maintain expert knowledge on all FirstRand products, application procedure, processing and timelines in order to drive and achieve relevant sales targets.
• Ensure that the quality of advice remains high and consistent.
• Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
• Identify local market opportunities and capitalize on these.
• Execute on marketing and sales campaigns.
• Collaborate with individuals within FNB Premium market space to ensure a constant flow of correctly segmented clients into the base Ensure fulfillment of the sales processes until client is fully on-boarded into the correct service model.
• Ensure increasing number of clients by selling the full respective Value propositions (Bundle Products) across Premium segment and to ensure clients are registered on the FNB App through promoting Point of Sales VSI- Being Holistic solution driven.
• Maintain expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and provide proactive advice and solutions to customers and stakeholders.
• Continuously assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate.
Additional Requirements
Preference will be given to candidates with the following:
• Driver’s License is compulsory
• Minimum NQF 5 qualification
• Own reliable vehicle
• Proven track record in building relationships and building sales pipeline
• RE qualification is compulsory
• Outbound Sales and Hunting experience essential no leads will be provided
• This vacancy is based in the Johannesburg region

Qualifications and Experience
• Minimum: Matric with CAIB or equivalent national diploma- NQF 6
• Minimum: 3 to 5 Years outbound sales experience in the financial services industry
• Experience in client relationship management and stakeholder management
• Preferred: System knowledge: Fusion, Hogan, Micro soft Programs
