PRINTER/COPIER TECHNICIAN
A vacancy exists for a Field Technician in Durban. The successful candidate will ideally have extensive knowledge of repairing machines. Great opportunity in a growing company with comapny perks.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Reapirs and services on printers and copiers
Performing fault finding and troubleshooting activities on printers and copiers
Administration and control of all documents related to repairs, i.e. Delivery Notes; Status Pages, Machine Reports
To provide in-house and on-site technical support
To adhere to all company rules, regulations and conditions of work

SKILLS EXPERIENCE
Grade 12 or equivalent, with valid proof of copier experience
Must have knowledge of repairing machines
Must have the ability to carry out servicing, fault finding and repairs, including installation up to the customer’s requests
Essential diagnostic and problem-solving skills to find the cause of a fault and patience to trace it.
Must be a team player and have customer satisfaction as a priority
Must have a valid driver’s license
Kyocera experience a big advantage
