Purpose of the Role

Drive strategic and tactical aspects of discovering; validating; documenting and communicating business-process-related knowledge through modelling; simulating and analysing current and future stats; focusing on complex business outcomes using technical expertise; in line with the business strategy.

Key performance areas include but not limited to:

• Validate the creation and maintenance of business process models for various business portfolios through the application of Business Modelling tools and key Quality Standards and generally adopted Process governance principles.
• Plan, scope and execute process improvements initiatives
• Advanced business writing skills for process solutions and documentation
• Apply
*** outside in principles and customer experience management technique holistically to problem statements
*** process measurement principles in various initiatives and monitor business
• Manage cross cluster stakeholder expectations for areas impacted by Process solutions, such as business participants, business analysts, and process architects
• Mentoring and coaching others on modelling standards and approaches as defined by the Process value centre and Business Architects
• Projects for CIB as a whole
• Engagement with Senior Stakeholder

Qualifications - NQF Level
