Other
Conduct supplier and subcontractor vetting procedures across Africa. Keep pricelists updated for detailed project costing. Evaluate spending operations and enhance service delivery. Drive and develop project Bill of Quantities (BOQ) in collaboration with the Engineering Department. Monitor credit applications with suppliers and maintain strong relationships. Research and identify potential new suppliers, products, and services. Implement strategies for effective procurement, storage, and distribution of products. Ensure compliance with company ISO 9001 45001 standards.

Profile
Basic knowledge of solar systems hardware. Proven experience in strategic procurement within the Renewable Energy Industry. Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship skills. Familiarity with Harmonised System (HS) Common External Tariff (CET) systems in East African Community (EAC). Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management/Purchasing and Supply or equivalent.
