Job Description:
Establish efficient compilation of tender documents
Establish efficient evaluation of the tender responses from suppliers
Establishing the development of term contracts
Implementing and facilitating of change management interventions
Providing of effective coordination of tender meetings
Facilitation and implantation of performance management systems
To establish the development, guidance and sufficient performance management of the departmental team
Ensuring the efficient administration and management of all signed contracts
Arranging and corresponding of monthly reports to management

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree / National Diploma in Procurement Management preferred
Significant middle management experience level within the procurement environment for at least 3 years
Knowledge of contracts and project management
Dynamic expertise of supply chain management and proficiency of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne or equivalent Enterprise Resource Planning systems

Familiarity of relevant legislation e.g. BBBEE Act no. 53 of 2003, PPPFA Act no. 5 of 2000
